We strive to help them learn valuable lessons and discover pride in accomplishment. By encouraging inventions and entrepreneurship, we prepare students with communication skills, creativity, and perseverance, lift spirits, and help make the future of our communities brighter.

Opportunity to Share Ideas.

Western New York Invention Convention (WNYIC) provides an outlet for challenge and innovation. Each student has an opportunity to practice real-life skills and create their own physical prototype of an invention. Our yearly competition is a spectacular event that includes public recognition of students' talent, exposure to diverse ideas, a chance for prizes, and a path for top participants to rise to the national competition.

These finalists went on to represent Western New York in the U.S. National Invention Convention, held at The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, MI on June 4-6, 2024.
